These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of White Stallion AI ("the Service", "we", "our"), operated from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. By accessing or using whitestallion.in, whitestallion.app, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, uploading data, or using any feature of White Stallion AI, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract
• You have read, understood, and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• You will use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, including Indian SEBI regulations and RBI/FEMA rules where relevant

2. The Service

White Stallion AI provides:

• Portfolio aggregation and tracking across stocks, mutual funds, insurance, loans, fixed deposits, gold, and real estate
• Technical analysis tools (RSI, MACD, moving averages, Bollinger Bands)
• AI-powered insights via Ask White Stallion (powered by Anthropic's Claude)
• F&O (options) strategy builders, payoff calculators, and option chain tools
• Net worth calculations, tax summaries, and financial planning tools
• Market data from public sources (Upstox, Yahoo Finance, NSE, BSE, Screener.in)

3. Not Investment Advice — Critical Disclaimer

White Stallion AI is not a registered investment adviser under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

• All information, suggestions, scores, and insights are for informational and educational purposes only
• Past performance, technical scores, or AI-generated suggestions are not guarantees of future returns
• You should consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before making financial decisions
• Options trading, leveraged products, and margin trading carry substantial risk of loss
• Tax calculations are estimates only — consult a qualified Chartered Accountant for tax filings

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not upload files containing sensitive data beyond what the Service needs (no PINs, CVVs, full account numbers where unnecessary)
• Not use the Service to violate any law or regulation
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Not redistribute, white-label, or resell the Service without written permission
• Accept that AI-generated insights may contain errors and must be independently verified

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use White Stallion AI to:

• Provide investment advice to others (you are the sole user of your data)
• Engage in market manipulation, insider trading, or any illegal financial activity
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or phishing content
• Bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated bots to scrape data or create accounts

6. Subscription and Payment (When Applicable)

White Stallion AI offers free and paid tiers:

• Free tier: Includes core tracking features with advertising supported
• Paid tiers: Unlock additional AI credits, BYOK (bring-your-own-key) Claude Sonnet, advanced analytics
• Payments, if applicable, are processed via Razorpay (planned)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support within 7 days of charge

7. Data and Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Data

• You retain full ownership of all portfolio data you upload or create
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Service
• You can export or delete your data at any time

7.2 Our Intellectual Property

• The White Stallion AI name, logo, UI designs, algorithms, and code are our intellectual property
• WSS (White Stallion Score), technical analysis presentations, and proprietary scoring methodologies are protected
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission

8. Third-Party Services and Market Data

The Service integrates data from third parties, including Upstox, Yahoo Finance, Screener.in, mfapi.in, NSE, and BSE. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data
• Uninterrupted availability of these data sources
• That market data reflects real-time prices (delayed quotes may apply)

You should verify critical data points against official sources before acting on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• We are not liable for investment losses, missed opportunities, tax assessments, or any financial outcomes
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or ₹1,000, whichever is higher)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Stallion AI, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or extended inactivity
• On termination, your data in our servers will be deleted within 30 days (your browser localStorage persists until you clear it)

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your home jurisdiction also apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
